The Country Fire Authority collects personal information for the purposes of capturing feedback from volunteers on the Contemporary Volunteer Membership Model (CVMM) Options Paper.

The information may also be disclosed to CFA members and contractors, and where otherwise permitted by law.

If all requested information is not provided, the Country Fire Authority may be unable to incorporate the feedback on one or more of the final CVMM recommendations for change.
